Founded on 20+ years of experience managing commercial property at scale, including portfolios of over 4.75 million square feet, Hillway combines chartered surveying expertise with deep PropTech knowledge. We recognised early that technology enhances rather than replaces professional expertise, and built the practice around that philosophy.
